We are so fortunate here at Villa Guadalupe to have so many good employees. It is always very difficult to choose an Employee for the Quarter (each Quarter they are chosen from a different department)
This Quarter it was from the “Nursing department” that the Employee of the Month would be chosen. This means those eligible are Nurses (L.P.N. & R.N.), Med-Techs and the C.N.A. (Certified Nurses Assistants).
Mother Mary Thomas had the joy of announcing that in this Quarter, Pam Yazzie, a C.N.A., was voted the Employee of the Quarter.
Pam who has been with us for 10 year is someone who is there when we need her. Although she works on the day shift, she very often will help on the other shifts if someone is sick.
We thank Pam for her love and concern that she brings in caring for our Residents.
