The cost of caring for the elderly in a manner respectful of their dignity far exceeds the income that we receive. Our residents only pay us from their pensions. We are an Assisted Living Facility and available federal funding is very limited. We do receive some funding from the Navajo Tribe which helps us care for the Navajo Residents. Each year we must raise over 70% of our operating costs. Every donation helps.
To cover this constant deficit and to make necessary facility repairs, we rely on your generosity.
Saint Jeanne Jugan, our Mother Foundress, went out begging each day to provide for the needs of the elderly whom she welcomed into her home. Just like her we live from donation to donation, counting on the charity of benefactors who sustain our mission to be here day and night caring for our Residents.
We pray for our Benefactors each day. We remember them in our Rosary and the Divine Office. We also have a Mass said for the intentions of our Benefactors each month in each of our Homes throughout the world.
We pray that you will join our family of benefactors and share the joy of caring for the needy aged.

"Raise the Roof" Campaign
Villa Guadalupe is in desperate need of this re-roof project. The building is over 36 years old and has experienced leaks and water infiltration for many years. Efforts have been made to remedy the leaks and infiltration with minimum success. Based on Engineering and Architectural studies, a re-roofing and water mitigation design and plan have been implemented to preserve the integrity of the Home and extend the life of the structure so that the elderly poor can continue to be welcomed in this Home for many years to come.
