It has become a tradition now, for the juniors and seniors from St. Stanislaus High School from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi to come and spend a day with us during theirs spring break. It is actually the mission church of St. Anne’s in Klagetoh, of the diocese of Gallup that they work with during the week. Each year they come with Brother John Hotstream, S.C. and Sr. Monica Dubois, O.P. and a couple of the ladies from the parish. The Residents showed them how to make “Navajo Tacos” for which they made from beginning to end (the best part was eating them!). They made enough for all the Residents, and helped with serving the Residents. All the young men who came this year were seniors, and several of them came last year, they enjoyed it so much last year that they wanted to return!
