The admissions process to Villa Guadalupe usually begins with a conversation with the Little Sister in charge of admissions, Sister Gonzague, or with Mother Andrea. We will discuss the following:
- Your current needs and health concerns
- Your current living situation
- Your age and financial eligibility
- Your and your family’s hopes and thoughts about placement in an assisted living facility or our independent living apartments
Through this open dialogue, we hope to learn if your needs and desires would be met here at Villa Guadalupe. If there seems to be a good fit, we can arrange an interview for you and your family, or we can send you an application.
It is our practice to admit Residents who are ambulatory with or without a cane or walker. This allows you to take advantage of the many activities we have and to adjust to your new home on your own schedule.
If we feel that we are not able to meet your needs, we will be happy to suggest other facilities and resources in the community which may be helpful to you.
